OCBC Smart Banking Kiosk
Spearheaded the OCBC kiosk banking initiative. The product launch was a success, starting from one branch test pilot to island-wide participation. Expanded from Personal to Premier and Business banking sectors.
OCBC FRANK Revamp
Product managed the whole FRANK website revamp. The outcome was that we had a new persona and engaged with not just the company’s employees, but also their C-suite and CX teams in order to keep everyone happy. As if this wasn't enough, we had a third-party vendor for branding. I worked closely with Ogilvy for brand direction so that they, after several hoops of approval we landed a successful launch.

OCBC Careers
Juggled overlapping timelines and launch plans as HR was one of the initiative-taking divisions. We had a completely different launch timeline and tech stack as the rest of the .com revamp. We also had some complicated third-party software to integrate. We integrated Taleo which is an HR portal licensed by Oracle.
